IMA'S of Srikakulam District

IMA is a body of 1.9 lac Doctor's (Modern Medicine) having head quarters in New Delhi. Under this, Every state has state IMA bodies. Our Andhra Pradesh state has 164 branches and cosists of about 20000 doctors as its members. The Evolution of the IMA is a continous Saga of Victories and Transformations

IMA means "Indian Medical Association",and is aCountry wide Association.The main purpose of this association is CME(contineuous Medical Education ,getting toghter,Solving the local Professional problems,helping the public in NaturalCalamities,etc.

Srikakulam is the one Northiest costal dist'.of Andhrapradesh out of 23 Districts.The population of the district is about 25 lakhs.It has 38 mandals and 4 muncipalities
